Service very unfriendly. 4 ice cream cups placed on the table in front of 1 person without saying anything. Wanted to pay, say after the second time, the waitress came and wordlessly put the receipt on the table and left again. Otherwise it was different.

Great service, we called on the way to see if there was still room for 7 people and we would be there in 10 minutes. It worked out great. The table was reserved. were there for the first time

Occasion ice cream break: Large ice cream parlor with outside area and parking lot. Tartufo Nero was tasty, but not served in the classic version, see photos. Spaghetti ice cream Amarena was ok. Both the milk coffee and the cappuccino had a very thin milk foam that was hardly worth mentioning. The male waitress was quick but unemotional.

The staff was unfortunately very unfriendly! Nobody wore a face mask! We were there for about 1 hour, during which time the tables weren't even cleaned, let alone disinfected. When I asked why nobody wears a face mask, nobody understood my German ... It would be worth calling the public order office! Very irresponsible to the guests !!!

I was there about two weeks ago. A middle-aged woman served us. She was extremely rude. She didn't ask us for a card and didn't serve us until we politely asked. The clientele's behavior was very derogatory. When we paid, we gave her a bill. Without asking for the change (as you normally do), she turned around and said "thank you" when leaving. As if something like that is a matter of course. Of course we did not let that sit on us and then demanded the remaining money. For this unfriendly behavior! Nothing negative can be said against the ice cream parlor. Unfortunately, the rating serves the very snooty operation. Excuse me please.

Super friendly staff. Top regulated during Corona. And the ice cream is awesome. So fruity, tasty and fresh. We come regularly and are always satisfied ❤️

Very good ice cream. And very well attended. Unfortunately that is a disadvantage. It's sometimes hard to get a seat. But we like to wait because the ice cream is great. And also the many other offers.
